Had Better. Meat is cooked too fast over blaze. Need to slow down cooking to ensure tender meat.

Tasty to the bone. The aroma will draw you and the service will keep you return and the favor will have you wanting more. I visit from the Cali and made Bob Sykes a place to return to when in Bessemer. My father's home town. The southern hospitality is wonderful

The Best. If you ever want good BBQ ribs at a decent price, I would go to Bob Syke's. The sauce is great. Service is a little slow but the food is always good.
