I thought it important to support a local business. Unfortunately, Autry Electronics never returned my calls (and that's after me calling them 4 times over 7 days). When they finally called me back today, I was told they couldn't do the job. Thanks for keeping me hanging for a week with no response.

I can't speak to the quality of their work but I can tell you that my experience with them left me shaking my head. They were completely unprofessional and it left me wondering why I even tried to do business with them.

Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. It will save you time and frustration and you might actually get the job done.

Honestly, I don't know how these guys stay in business.

Really friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgable, great product line and absolutely wonderful customer service. The two gentlemen that own/operate Autry Electronics are two of the nicest people that are extremely knowlegable in their field. I did some research on various websites and talked with numerous people that had either talked with them or bought from them and they were more than pleased. They are certified by several national organizations, install Lutron and they carry the top of the line Boston Acoustics. All in all, this was the most knowlegable and positive experience with a home theatre company. They were honest and reliable. They started working when they said they would, finished when they said they would and they left our house the way they found it - clean. Worth the drive down highway 280 and worth the time and money. A+++++++
