PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA AND STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING!. Papa John's in Gardendale, Alabama is outstanding! I started eating there after moving to this area awhile back, and have found the pizza to be just they way I like ... because they make sure it is ... and everyone at Papa John's to be very friendly! I like it so much I try to get there at least once a week! (and they even do community service ... they once rescued my pets ... that's another story ...) They are a wonderful group that makes a great pizza!!!!

The so called managers are RUDE. The Gardendale store has the rudest people working in it. I had a question about ordering a large amount of pizzas for a future event & the lady working the front counter had a bad attitude. I asked for the manager and she told me that she was the manager on duty and that they did not do large orders.

I called another time to report a drive that was speeding and driving dangerous & was told that the manager was not going to leave the ovens to take my call.
