I've rented from these guys for a while and when I first same into the home It was very clean and whenever I had a problem or concern they responded right away. When we decided to move out we received our full deposit back and we will definitely want to have them as our Realtor in the near future.

I am a property owner who lives in FL, but has a rental property in Leeds. J Huggins has offered excellent service and has been able to maintain great communication with me, despite the fact that I am hundreds of miles away.

Outstanding Management. My family and I had to move to the Leeds area quickly and needed a nice place to stay in a pleasant neighborhood. I was shown a house immediately that suited our needs. In the two years we lived there we had a roof leak and the hinge on the back door came off - repairs were immediate. When we sold our previous house they helped find the perfect property to purchase at a savings of $40,000 from previous purchase price. If we ever need another home to purchase or need someone to manage our rental property - I will not go anywhere else but Huggins Realty.

Poor Management. Do not rent any properties managed by this company. They not fix maintenance issues nor do they bother with other issues. The management is a joke and any calls or letter forwarded will not be resolved. They are worst than the previous management company. PLEASE BE AWARE of J. Huggins Realty Inc.!!
