Best Customer Service and Gorgeous One of a Kind Treasures!. This was my first visit with Levy's. A friend referred me as I had been saving money to buy my mother a pair of diamond earrings for her 60th Birthday. I wanted to find a place that had a great reputation and boy did Levy's surpass all my expectations! I believe I worked with one of the owner's as he was so very knowledgeable-but maybe everyone who works there is like this! I know I got a fantastic deal and a beautiful pair of earrings that my mother will cherish. To top off my day, I found myself a vintage ring that is such a treasure! Levy's-all I can say is KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!-THANKS

Terrible Customer Service and Misleading. If you are looking for a big selection, they have it. If you are looking for even mildly adequate customer service, go elsewhere. Levy's offered me a price for a ring on Saturday and the following Thursday ,when I decided to sell them the ring, I went back and they offered me a different price. They indicated that the offer was based on trade but the salesperson, Jimmy, said absolutely nothing about trading the ring on Saturday. Additionally, I waited almost an hour on Thursday while on my lunch break to sell them the ring only after the wait for them to announce they changed their offer. Other customershad been waiting an excessivly long time and were equally frustrated with the lack of service. I feel very deceived and would never do business with Levy's. Buyer beware!

Levy's--An American Treasure!. We live in California, but over the years, Levy's in Birmingham has become our family jeweler! This is truly a family business and when you are a Levy's customer, you are part of the family.

They make your purchase such a pleasure, whether it's a purchase in store, or from afar over the telephone & internet. You can trust and rely on the quality, service, and price. If you have a special piece that you are looking for, Levy's can find it. These people know their business.
