Just okay. I've had my hair done 3 times here, and my nails (yikes!) just once. I did not have Cindy (the owner) do my hair, but her good friend, the blonde (don't know her name). I think her name is Donna. Anyway, she does a good job on styling hair, but I wouldn't trust her to cut it. She does horrible nails because she doesn't own a drill! I could have done a better job myself if I had bought an OTC acrylic set at Sally's!!! the place is just "OK." But, like I said, I've never had Cindy do my hair.
