ROACH. We used to eat here for lunch a lot. After today, we will not be going back. As we received our food the people next to us got up demanding for the manager. There was a LIVE roach crawling around on their booth. It disgusted us SO much we also got up and left. Will NOT go back!

User review by jillshattuck. The last time I tried to eat at Chili's, it was a Friday night and they were very busy. My husband and I were ignored by the hostess, who after quite some time simply told us, "we're busy and we don't have any tables." A couple came in behind us, and the hostess added their names to a waiting list that we weren't given the option of being put on. We will never go to Chili's again.
