Incredible Guitar Shop

What an incredible place. Herb Trotman spoiled me for all other guitar shops. I tried all the brands there as I shopped for the guitar of my dreams. They applied no pressure and when we were talking about what I felt was missing in what I had played he pulled out the HD-28 that I knew was mine from the first chord.

I trust them implicitly with any work on my guitars. These folks are really the best in the business because it is what they love. They are worth paying more for, but they are competitively priced with any source.

A diamond in the rough

this is a tiny guitar shop thats packed with top end guitars, banjos, etc. its in an old house so the place is set up like a house, but packed with instruments. the guy that owns the place is amazing at setting up a guitar. he is the only guy i let mess with my martins. his prices are really good too. like a DC-28E for $2100. you can find this guitar under $2400, even on line. he's an elite martin dealer. go buy, sit in the living room, eat some cake and pet the dog.

• Pros: the greatest martin/taylor dealor anyware
• Cons: not very easy to find
