UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The first thing the stylist (Candace) says to me as soon as I walk in the salon is that she won't be able to service me because she has another client in 25 minutes. WHAT??? I had rushed out of work to get there in time and they suddenly realize there's no time for my appointment? Granted I was 5 minutes late (awful traffic) but I find it ridiculous that they schedule 30min appointments for women by default without even asking how long you hair is. Who can give a proper hair cut and blow dry to a female in 30min anyway? The worst part is that both Candace and the manager had an attitude about it and didn't apologize or suggest rescheduling to a later time. Hello? Are you guys running a business here or a snob shop??? Will definitely not try going there again.

Hair Group. Jennifer Brazeal is a lousy stylist. Besides that, she is mean and hateful. I wouldn't let her groom my dog. Thought my cut looked great, but it did not at all. Wouldn't work to satisfy me, and she was ugly about it, as well. Forget her. Some of the other stylists here are good (Rob, Val), but skip Jennifer.

COLOR & HAIR EXPERTS!. I am Hair Group veteran and love, love, love it! The Hair Group is located in the heart of Homewood,so it is super convenient. I am one of those people with "problem" hair that starting going gray early in life. My hair falls flat if it thinks about rain and humidity! Thanks to Hair Group I have beautiful blonde hair (and will forever) and a cute cut that suits me. I totally trust the team at Hair Group to take great care of me and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great salon that won't break the bank.

Love it!. After a year of trying this salon, I am extremely pleased with the services. Professional yet relaxed atmosphere. My hair stylist is Kelly. She is incredible at listening to my desires and offering expert advice. Very attentive to details. Beautiful cut every time. Great movement in hair. Would highly recommend! KW

bad nasty hair cut. Stylist did not listen to one word that I said. As a parent find this inept!!! Go back to beauty school!!!!! I went to a hair stylist instructor and she said that was a horrable cut!!! Will never go back again!!! Dont chance it!!! Hope you a eventually get the same back to you!!! 4 months minimum of hair hell My one star rating was only to publish this so buyer beware
