This practice really understands customer service!. I was actually just looking up the address to write Dr. Routman a letter complementing the outstanding service provided by his nurse last week. My family has been long time patients of his and I have always appreciated their quick call back times, the nice playroom for my children, the stickers for my kids and in general the quick "in and out" times for being seen.

The office truly went out of their way to help me last week, though. My one year old had what I suspected was the flu. I called my pediatricians office twice and nobody there would call me back. I needed a quick flu test so that my child could get the tamiflu prescription. Since it was getting late in the day and I was getting no where with my pediatricians office I called Dr. Routmans nurse in desperation. They were able to get me into Childrens South for a test (I needed a referal) and my child did indeed have the flu. Dr. Routmans nurse even called the next day to check on us and make sure we were seen. They truly went over and above the call of duty for me!!…
