This is the worst management I have ever seen. And don't ever go to have your hair done in an "up-do"- it was the most awful experience I have ever been through. It's too long of a story to even get started! Trust me- don't go here!

Best Facial in Alabama

I recently visited Richard Joseph SalonSpa and received a Vitamin C Facial. My esthetician was very informative and encouraging. She customized the facial to meet my skin?s needs and recommended a new skin care regimen that I have found very beneficial. After my facial my skin had a shine like never before. My skin still feels and looks amazing two weeks later. I thoroughly enjoyed my Vitamin C Facial and the wonderful pampering treatment at Richard Joseph SalonSpa. I also received complimentary lunch, a glass of wine and complimentary foot soak. I have already booked my next appointment and can?t wait to go back!

I will never go back

After reading other reviews I decided to try Richard Joseph. I first met with my Colorist who seemed fantastic. She knew exactly what color I wanted and gave me nothing close to it. When it came to my haircut I met with Richard. He gave suggestions for my cut. I told him I wanted to keep more length and didna€™t want choppy layers. He seemed to agree and would make the compromises I had asked for. He began cutting and everything I we had discussed had gone out the window. He gave me a cut that reflected more of his punk style than what I had asked for, cutting most of the length and giving horrible layers. I left so upset and now hate the way my hair looks. I will never go back.
