Unprofessional attitude, unethical practices, false verbal promises, humiliating approach, irresponsible, unreliable and not at all helpful. Serra nissan stands for this in perfect meaning. Don't let their size of the business overwhelm you, Serra Nissan gave me the worst experience in my life and I regret buying my car from them from Day 1. -----
