Great Dealership Stand Above the Rest!!!!!!!!.
I was thinking about trading my car and called the saleman Lafayette at Serra Nissan, He immediately listen to my reasons for wanting to trade and assisted me in looking for a new car. Within 2 hours I was wlking out the door with keys in hand and getting into my new car. I have purchased over 4 cars in total from Serra Nissan and would not go to any other dealership.
Lafayette is the best!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Company. I love this company. I have purchased 2 cars from them, one pre-owned and the other new. Both are great and their sales and service guys are second to none.

Honest and Fair!!. It was my 2nd car to buy from Serra, Bert H. and Doron were both so helpful and knowlageable. They were very professional, answered all my questions, gave me options and were very honest and fair. Sad to say but sometimes its hard to trust car salesman, they made me feel that they had my best interest in mind and I beleive they took very good care of me!! They have made me a very loyal customer and I will be back the next time I'm ready to buy... Thank you so much Brett and Doron!!!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ....
Had selected the car, and negotiated the price, only to have to negotiate the price again when talking to the finance guy ... 5 hours later.
Also, had to ask them for a copy of their invoice price 3 times over that same span. Finally got it before going to the finance person.
Most unprofessional automobile sales people I've ever dealt with. And knowing the reputation of car sales folks in general, that's saying quite a bit.

Friendly, Patient and Professional. My wife and I purchased a Nissan Murano at Serra Nissan. This purchase was an important one for our growing family and we arrived at Serra Nissan loaded with questions. The sales staff, especially Josh, was patient, professional and courteous. Josh was knowledgeable regarding their vehicles and the financing options available. Each time we paid them a visit the entire staff went out of their way to make the experience less stressful. Even the general manager, Randy Visser, somehow found the time to help us distract the kids while we spoke with Josh. We also shopped at Jim Burke Nissan and Crown but Serra Nissan beat their best deal by $1500. Price was important to us but at the end of the day, the relaxed, non-pushy atmosphere made the difference. We’ll be back.

Serra organization is one to buy from. Listened to our requirements in a vehicle and met them. Fairly priced auto; excellent customer service and service department.

friendly folks. no pressure at all, I live in Hoover but the dealer over here was rude so I made the drive. Noce people, professional salesperson, clean bathrooms. good experience overall

Great place to purchase a vehicle.
My wife and I purchased a Nissan Altima at Serra Nissan.
We had fun buying a car with the people at Serra Nissan so much fun we headed off to dinner and celebrated.

Everyone is so very helpful!. The general manager Randy Visser is very personable and great to work with. So is his well chosen sales staff!

What a great experience. I had an excellent car buying experience with General Manager Randy Visser of Serra Nissan. He was careful to match my car with my family. I have always had great service from the dealership. The people there did a super job of finding me what I needed not just trying to sell me what they had on the lot.
