Poor customer service. You don't get what you pay for. Very rude. Save yourself the misery and shop elsewhere.
Would not recommend this florist. The flowers were nice and fresh however they were not very well arranged in the vase (more like just stuck in there) and it was way too skimpy an arrangement for 77.00. Florist really need to realize flowers are a luxury in this economy and if they don't at least give people the sense they are getting what they pay for then that luxury item can easily be avoided. I will not be using this florist again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
wedding flowers and reception.
Continental has been the only flower shop I have used for 20 years and they are great about keeping up with the latest fashions and have some of the most beatiful arrangements they did my wedding and their funeral work makes other flower shops look years behind the times. I would recommend the Orrs flower shop to anyone that would like to look their best from a dining room arrangment to a boutineer and their prices are quite reasonable but I would pay more for the quality, the love and care that goes into everything they make from a 10.00 bud vase to a 200.00 casket cover that was at my mothers funeral. One other great thing about Continental Florist is that they will open a monthly account so if I forget a birthday or another important event I just pick up the phone order it and they send a bill to me. Their delivery service is second to none on several occasions I needed flowers delivered at a certain time and that has never been a problem. If you want quality and flowers made with a loving touch call Continental they WILL take care of you.

The Finest Flowers in Birmingham. I lived in Birmingham for 18 years and always depended on Continental Florist for my floral needs. The floral creations the talented staff make are unlike any you will find elsewhere and the friendly, helpful staff will ensure your arrangement is exactly as you want it to be. The company I worked for used Continental Florist for all corporate parties and events. Continental has been my florist of choice for more than 25 years and I have no intention of changing.
Great service and great people!. I've been using Continental Florists for years now and, in my opinion, they are the best florist in town. I order lots of flowers and I have never had a bad arrangement. You can tell they take pride in their work. I can't say enough about the staff either. They have always been super friendly to me and worked with me to get exactly what type of arrangement I wanted. I can't imagine using anyone else. Highly recommended!
Best florist in town by far. I have been living in NYC for the past couple of years and have needed to send flowers and gifts back home while I was away. I choose Continental because I don't even need to see the product before it goes out, it is always above and beyond my expectations. I trust them and will never use another florist as all as they are around.
