Fantastic Heirloom Shop. This is the best kept secret in the Birmingham area. Billie's has the best selection of fabrics. The most lace, ribbon, smocking plates , buttons and so so much more. Billie is so knowledgable and helpful.. You won't be sorry you took the time to check out this quaint little shop.
