Not the kind of company you want to do business with

If discrimination had a face it would be this realty company. I am a current renter with Jemison Realty and the quality of service has been awful. The home I currently rent has foundation issues and was unkempt when I moved in. The people in the office do not acknowledge your presence unless you look like them. On each occassion I have paid my rent (which is always on time) the person at the counter is very dry and bothersome from my presence. I have ignore their lack of manners to try and finish my lease. I am fed up with no heat , dilapitating floors/ walls, an unsanitary bathroom, and non compliance to health codes throughtout the realty company's house. I have sent in request to have these issues corrected and have left a message for the manager but he has not returned my call now going on a month. I no longer fill obligated to continue with this company.

Great Landlord!

Mr. Farcas is one of the best landlords I have ever had. When I call him with a problem it's taken care of within the hour. He works with me to the best of his ability and is always kind and polite. I'm VERY happy with their service and would highly recommend him to anyone.
