They closed.
My boyfriend and I drove around the summit area for an hour trying to find this place. After I finally conviced him to let me ask the guy at walgreens where it was, we found out they closed a month before we were there. Do yourself a favor and don't get disappointed like we did.

Tropical retreat that marches to the beat of its own steel drum..
In Short
This restaurant flaunts bright parrot colors and a high, cabana-like ceiling. The massive island-themed deck is a magnet for Raleigh's easygoing singles who sip cocktails while listening to the steel drum band or hangout by the outdoor fireplace. The menu features quirky Caribbean food, such as coconut shrimp, Jamaican-grilled wings and jerk chicken, and ultra-slushy drinks, including the frozen Bahamarita--kiwi, strawberry and mango ices swirled in a martini glass.

Yummy to my tummy!.
Bahama Breeze is one of those restaurants where you feel like you are at the beach. The atmosphere is great and the food is excellent.
They have an extensive drink menu and a fantastic patio with live music on the weekend nights, which is a plus!
A great first date place to hang out after dinner to get a few drinks!

I Will Be Back.
My wife and I were in town to visit with some friends who recommeded Bahama Breeze. This is a first class place. The food was great! The service was wonderful, and the decorations made you feel comfortable.
The next time I'm in Biringham I will be sure this place is at the top of the list.
