Genuinely Wonderful!. Picking out an engagement ring had me stressed to the max. I had no idea what I wanted, and I was so busy trying not to get screwed over I couldn't even focus on shopping! But when we came to Southeastern, I could feel their family environment and friendliness. I felt comfortable right away! I knew I was in good hands when one of the owners themselves encouraged me to take my time, was honest about quality of diamonds, and was so knowledgeable on all metals and stones. It was truly a wonderful experience! I now have a BEAUTIFUL engagement ring, and I cannot wait to go pick out our bands and continue to shop in the future!!

Wonderful Experience!!. I never take the time to review places but for this place I even created a CitySearch account!

My fiance and I started shopping here when he went to pick out my engagement ring with his family (it was a Christmas surprise!). The sales associates are such helpful and nice people and they really listen to what you are looking for and go out of their way to deliver. My fiance said that, unlike other stores he went to, he never felt pressured or uncomfortable while he was here.

He loved his experience looking for my ring so much that when it came time to pick out our wedding bands we went back! This time I got to experience first hand the great customer service this store provides.

We also chose to have his band engraved and while we were there asked if they would be able to engrave our metallic mat frame we are using as a guestbook at our wedding. They made sure the frame would fit in the machine and took great care of it. The engraving on both items looks great!

It took them less than the 2 weeks quoted to us to engrave everything and they called to let us know they were ready.

They have helped make our wedding preparations so easy and we can't sing their praises loud enough!

Bad. Lied. Tried to charge 4 times higher than the "ballpark" rate originally quoted.

Keep peddling those $4 watch batteries. It's what you are good at.

Best there is!!. My family has used Southeastern Jewelers ever since they opened (which was a couple of decades before I was born) If you want the highest quality with the best service, then this is where you need to get your diamonds, and anything else you need!!! They are family owned and opperated and have true southern hospitality!! I love them like they are my own family!! (And I've known them long enough that they can be!)

Mike Steed (son of the owner's) makes the most incredible jewelry!! Designed himself and everything!!! Whatever you want-they can do!!!! :)
