I brought in a 40 year old quilt my grandmother hand made. Not only was the 280 manager very informational about the best way to clean it, but the quilt came back absolutley perfect. It looked as it did the very first time my grandmother showed it to all of us.
Pros: Very informed manager
Cons: can be a little expensive
