Amazing staff, fair prices, great spa!. My entire family has been going to Santa Fe Day Spa for several years. We love it! I regularly get facials with Mary, who truly cares for her client's skin. I also get my haircut regularly and have never had a bad sylist. I highly recommend Santa Fe to everyone I can. VERY enjoyable!. I am new to Birmingham and have not been able to find a day spa that was on par to what I am used to. I started off with a wonderful swedish massage. The best I have had in a long while! I then had a haircut. I had been wanting a new style for some time, but was a little nervous letting someone I had never met do that. But she listened to me, offered her advice, and I left with a great new style! I will definitely be returning! The only drawback I saw was that it is on the second floor, and access for some people could be difficult.…
Enjoyable. I enjoyed my massage. The pedicure was good, except for the double dipping into the scrub...maybe not so smart. I did notice that a few of the women doing nails had warts! yikes...maybe wearing gloves would help. My 'snack' consisted of a fruit tray, but I wrote on my profile being allergic to some fruit and I didn't get my drink with my snack. I didn't complain b/c everyone was so pleasant. Overall it was a good experience, if you can overlook some things. I'll probably just get the massage next time.…
RESPONSE. Being that we are a customer service based company, we welcome all input from our guests. However, when a guest chooses to post negative on-line comments, it makes it very difficult for us to respond when we don’t have enough details. We need a name, date of service, etc. in order to be able to investigate and solve any issues that did in fact take place. We have also had ex-employees try to discredit our spa by posting complaints while posing as a guest. If a guest contacts us via email or by phone, we ALWAYS respond and go out of our way to make sure that guests comments are taken seriously and resolved. There is nothing we can do to resolve an issue for a guest who does not contact us to let us know there was a problem.…
