Non existent service after the sale.... Tried to make appointment for service. Service person took my information and vin # and said they'd call back? Why? Not a clue. 4 days passed and I called back. Had to leave a message. Few hours later service person called and made an appointment. I relayed the problems with my truck and he wrote them down and repeated them back to me. When I took my truck in for warranty repair service, they didn't know anything about my appointment. I had to go rent a car because they no longer had loaners. I waited a full day and there was no word on my truck, though "I was first in line and on the rack." I waited until the second day for them to tell me "we can't find anything wrong with your truck," though there was a 5 item punch list of things that are wrong. So, I wasted 2 days of car rental for them to take my truck for joy rides and they "can't find anything wrong." I am going to pick up my truck tomorrow morning and guarantee that all five problems will still exist. I bet if I were paying cash, they would find 23 problems...but because it is warranty, there is nothing wrong. I'll NEVER recommend Serra, NEVER buy from them again and certainly have no kind words for them. The sales staff were kind, if not a little pushy, and the finance guy was really cool, if not pushy and bossy, however, not intolerable. Service? What service?
