Best Happy Hour in Birmingham
by Duff
I was looking for an entertaining place to go for HAPPY HOUR and checked out an ol place I hadnt been to in awhile. I heard it was bought by the same owners of Cafe Firenza on hwy280.
When I walked in there was a couple of tables set up like a buffet with two kinds of chicken wings, soft tacos, strips of chicken breast, ground beef, and sauces, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, etc. I inquired about it and was surprisingly told ITS FREE for our customers! Then I was told that several choices of draft beer on tap was only $5 for a large pitcher (serves 5-6) and mixed drinks were 2 for the price of 1.
The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY , attractive, funny and shared with me all of the special fun events they were hosting.
For example- weekly pool tournaments, (sometimes free pool) poker tournaments(low cost Annies) Wii the video game where there is a virtual bowling where the winner gets a $50 bar tab! (for playing a free video game). To my surprise, they even have playstation at the bar.(for all you gamers)
There are about 50 flat screen tvs everywhere.
MUSIC- Wed- Sun some really good bands play. Sometimes you can hear Peanut play acoustic during happy hour. She is awesome.
A great way to relax after work or visit on the weekends with their big courtyard outside(sometimes live music)
