The Best Place for Lunch. Cafe on Main is a great place for business lunches, or just meeting friends. I meet people there all of the time and the food is awesome all of the time.

Very good.. Their food is very good if you like the meat and three combinations. I had their hamburger steak which was wonderful. They are also very friendly and have a nice atmosphere.

Great Caterer. We have been ordering from Cafe on Main for several years. We love the food especially the Italian food. It is just wonderful. We have it delivered. Its Hot with all the plates, Drinks and Breads. I would highly recommend them

Not my favorite. I think there are better restaurants in the Trussville area. I heard that Cafe on Main's dressing was good, but the serving I had didn't taste throughly cooked. I like Joel's restaurant better.

OK at First. I had one good meal here at lunch time.. It was a meat and vegs. The next two times me and other people in the office ate there we all got sick. Not food poisoning but bad enough we never went back.
