If you're looking for a toated or hot sub, this is the place to go.. I recommend firehouse subs over other similar places because they don't toast their subs to the point where the bread cuts into the top of your mouth on every bite. Firehouse subs are done just right. Not too hot, not too crusty, a very generous portion of meat and cheese. In addition, in my opinion, firehouse subs uses higer quality deli meats than their competitors. I will always choose a firehouse sub over any of the others out there.
