BAIT AND SWITCH

The manager, Corey, is a downright liar who quotes one price over the phone knowing the job cannot actually be done for that price. When you call to complain, his response is that you misunderstood or that itCAN be done for that price if you want your couch and or carpet cleaned without any treatment. (no soap) The price went from 128 to 181 if we want it done correctly. He also informed us that they have "plenty of business and losing our business would not hurt them in any way" The only positive was the job and attitude of the on site technician.
- Pros: The on stie tech was honest and did a good job
- Cons: MANAGEMENT- Price difference

HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE

My mother in law used this company earlier this week and they did a HORRIBLE job. Now, they won't answer the phone when she calls. She has had 3 of our family members to call and then they tell us that they will be out to fix the JACKED UP job that they performed, but haven't shown up. All we keep receiving is the voicemail and I'm ready to report them to the the authorities. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....IT IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY...IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL....CAN ANYONE SAY BOOTLEG???!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Steam King is not the place to call if you need some furniture cleaned..They tell you they will be there 8-12.. But don't show up at all. Don't even call to say sorry, muchless even answer there phone... Needless to say if you need some furniture cleaned I would say call Stanley Steamer....They call you , show up on time and they leave with a customer happy...
- Pros: I hope people read this and will think twice about using steam king
