Cleanest Restaurant I know of

We were there last week when the Health Dept inspector came in and gave them a 98 score. After the inspector left the scene, the staff was all ticked off with one of their people who left the lid open on th dumpster - causing their scroe to be reduced from 100 to 98!

We eat out in the Pelham/Alabaster area at least 3 nights per week and Cozumel is by far the cleanest place we frequent.

Also, their staff are so very friendly and caring. Their smiles are very contagious.

By the way, they offer "Free Margueritas Tomorrow" !!!

GET OVER IT!!!!

To the person that wrote the previous review: For your information, Cozumels has a Alabama Health Deptartment score of 97, which is about as good as it gets. I have eaten at this establishment numerous times & have never had a bad experience. IN FACT, It's a place I recommend to friends & family! The atmosphere is CLEAN, fun & relaxed & service is outstanding! The menu offers a wide variety of items....& they're ALL OUTSTANDING as well!! There's something for everyone!

I work for an attorneys office & we get calls from people like you all the time wanting to file a case against somebody for stupid things like this. OH PLEASE! So you slipped & fell....SO WHAT! If you couldn't get up, it's probably because you need to loose some weight & get yourself in better shape! I'm sure you were a little sore & I'm sure you were a little embarassed.....and that's unfortunate. But COZUMELS shouldn't have to pay you a dime for that! AT THE VERY MOST......They should've offered you a free dessert or a discounted next visit! The truth is YOU ARE AN OPPORTUNIST who saw this incident as a meal ticket & due to that fact, YOU SAT THERE ON YOUR SORRY BUTT & COST YOURSELF YOUR JOB ! You should've gotten up, tuffed it out & took your sorry self to work. My unsolisited but freely-given advice to you Sir / Ma'am would be.....STOP LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FOR NOTHING! NO FREE RIDES! If you want something work for it! When you go to court for stupid stuff like this, it costs other people their jobs & the taxpayers more money. STOP IT ALREADY!!

Once people like you (and Mexicans) grasp that concept, this country will be so much better off!

AND FURTHERMORE......this site is to express opinions on the food, service & atmoshpere.......

Nobody wants to hear about how they wouldn't pay a sorry excuse like you for a freakin' bruise!

NOT A GOOD PLACE!

OK THIS PLACE HAS GOOD FOOD I ADMIT BUT THEY ARE VERY NASTY I HAD THE PLEASURE OF STOPPING BY ON A DAY WHEN THEY DECIDED THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO CLEAN THE FLOORS OF LOADS OF TACO GREASE AND OHER MISC MEATS AND JUICES AND LETS JUST SAY I FELL AND COULNT GET UP! DO YOU THINK I GOT ANY COMPENSATION YOU GUESS THEY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE UP THEIR INSURANCE INFO! IM GOING TO HAVE TO FILE SUIT I GUESS SO I WOULNT SUGGEST YOU EAT THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR JOB AND BECOME DISABLED LIKE ME! WATCH YOUR STEP!!!
