acknowledgement. I have been to sha salon many times since one of my close friends began working there and I have never had bad service or a long wait, and I don't even use my friend as my stylist. I reccomend Sha Salon to all of my friends and family in the area and have never had a complaint about that reccomendation from them either.

Rude, not concerned about customer. Arrived 10 mins early for my appt, stylist was on back porch smoking. After she threw her cigarette butt into the woods adjoining the property, she went back to a client it apppeared she had just started on. I asked if I needed to wait and the receptionist finally got of Facebook long enough to ask. She said it's " just be a minute." 25 mins later I was still waiting, with no interaction.

Walked into HeadStart, got a stylist that was trained at Aveda and was in and out with a quick nice cut for less than $20 in 15 minutes.

Long Wait, Waste of Time, No Courtesy. I made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed (something that takes 5 minutes to do). I waited 20 minutes without any acknowledgment/apology that they were runny late. I finally walked out without the wax. I understand that appointments run over, but they should have at least made a point to apologize. I'd rather pay a salon that is courteous and at least tries to stick to their schedule. This was a total waste of time.

Waste of time.... Like most of us, I went to SHA Salon at the advice of a good friend. She really liked the stylist who cut and colored her hair, and I was very pleased with the hair cuts I received. We were fine until we realized that this stylist was overcharging us.

That stylist is no longer there. The owner offered us a free haircut for our bad experience. After some hesitation, I made an appointment with another stylist, who is suppose to be of equal experience and reputation. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. I waited, and waited, and waited. After 25 minutes of waiting, I asked to verify my appointment, which was the correct time. When the stylist was asked how much longer she would be, she nonchalantly stated another 15 minutes. If you have time to waste, then this is the salon for you.
