They called to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and after they gave me a quote the scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Again they arrived on time and completed the job without any problems. The price I was quoted was the amount I paid after the job was done. I was extremely satisfied with everything that was performed. They stretched my carpets and cleaned two rooms at a very reasonable cost.

Kelly's Carpet & Upholstery did a fantastic job on our carpets. They didn`t try and charge us extra for anything. They were polite, professional and showed up on time. They are the best carpet cleaning company we have found in Birmingham . We recommend using them

Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new. My cat has taken cat naps in them. The carpet looks much newer. I like the dust mite anti-allergen and Lysol sanitizing deodorizer. I feel this will be quite beneficial to the members of our family with allergies and to my daughter who has had heart valve replacement plus many other health problems and is very susceptible to bacteria exposure
