Fooled Me Once.......
Food - Bad!
Service - Worse!!
Perfect restaurant for - This is a great place to go if you break up with a girlfriend, receive divorce papers or find out you are being audited by the IRS. In other terms, this is the place you go when you feel as if your day can't possibly get any worse. Life is filled with surprises.
Awful service. I ate there last night again. I had not been there for about a year due to the horrible service I got last time. It took us 1 hour and 50 minutes to get our meal finished. We got an appetizer and were eating it when a couple came in and sat beside us. We had already been there about 15 minutes. Well our waiter sat down with the couple and started talking. After a while he went and got their meals. I asked about our meals. He said he would go check. About 10 minutes later he came out and filled our neighbors drinks. Not a word to us. And we were drinking sweet tea, no alcohol. Another 15 minutes went by. I finally got his attention again and he checked and came back and said our order had not got in. He would get in in. Quite a while after our neighbors had already ate and left and more people were beside us eating our meals came. And I had to ask to get my bill. He never apologized. We stayed calm and polite. Last night we were in the area and said we would try it again. Meal was good, service was good. But today I was on the internet looking at our banking account and I noticed we had gotten charged twice. I called over there and got the rudest person on the line. He told me they were busy and he didn't have time to deal with me. If I didn't like it call the owner. The bad service and getting charged twice wasn't near as bad as how rude he was. Unbelievable.
