Most unique menu!. Firebirds - a truly unique dining experience in Birmingham! The food was fantastic and the ambience was truly exciting!

From the ?Aspen ski lodge? theme to the great wine list this Patton Creek destination is great. The open kitchen and beautiful patio only add to the Rocky Mountain experience. Our server was so helpful and offered his favorites, and we tried them! The filet, which we found out was voted #1 in all of Birmingham, was delicious. The Lobster spinach queso, a mixture of cheeses and huge chunks of lobster ? was a great start to the meal. And the Big Daddy Chocolate Cake is a chocolate delight that we haven?t been able to find here in Birmingham?big enough to share!

We happened to be dining on a Monday evening and were told about their ?Wine Down Mondays? - every bottle of wine ? off! What a deal. We will definitely make this a regular dining spot as well as tell everyone we know about this unique treasure right here in Birmingham!
