Great customer service. I called this gamestop one morning about 30 minutes before they open. Most businesses won't even pick up a phone until they open their doors. The young man I spoke with was Very polite and patient. He answered all of my questions. I called on my phone in morning traffic and when I yelled at the car that cut me off the poor guy thought I was talking to him. Instead of being rude or defensive he asked if I was okay. I not only got the help I wanted but he made my day by reacting like a gentlemen. I live closer to the McCalla gamestop but I'll always use this one just because I know how sweet and knowledgeable the staff is.
