Craig Harris. Excellent job! On time, knowledgeable, accomodating. He recognized problem was with my dryer exhaust vent and knew he could not fix problem. In light of dryer installation problem he checked my washing machine to make certain it was connected correctly. Later that day he called back to give us names of people who could possibly fix the dryer vent. I will definitely call Service Care for my next appliance repair problem. Thanks!
