Best Vet I know

Dr. Mike is a long drive from my home, but when one of my pets needs care, he's worth the drive into Birmingham. I met him through my best friend (another cat lady) and my boss who both think of him as the best there is. When one of my cats needed care, along with a cat I was caring for, I brought both to Dr. Mike. His gentle intelligent treatment of both the cats and me (I was very worried about one animal's condition won my loyalty forever after.

I carried My Maltesse in for a spay and Dr. mike called me while He had Her out for surgery. He offered to go ahead and remove her baby teeth that had not came out in spite of the adult teeth coming in. He saved me a lot of money by doing it while She was already asleep. Also, I took her in this morning at 8;00am and She is now by My side at 4pm.. Kudo's Dr. Mike!

Dr. Mike is the vet you want to take care of your pet!

We have six dogs who ?found? us - ages 2 to 14 - and Dr. Mike is wonderful. We have had dogs for over 35 years now and have lived from Mobile to Fairhope to Pensacola to Homewood. Dr. Mike is the BEST vet we have ever had and we have had some good vets. We tried three highly recommended clinics when we moved here before we found him--one phone call/interview was all it took! He cares not only about the pets but the "parents" as well.
- Pros: Cares for pets and their keepers, reasonable rates, wonderful with difficult pets!
- Cons: None!
