Great Indian Food!. Try this restaurant- you will enjoy it for sure! Before moving to Birmingham, I had never tried Indian food. I love food and like to try new places. Several people told me about Silver Coin and said I definitely needed to try it. Not disappointed.

I have found that I really like Indian food when I really wasn't sure that I would. Since trying it, I like to go regularly also because of the great service and friendly atmosphere. The owner likes to get to know the regualr customers and makes everyone feel welcome.

Recently, I brought my Dad who has never tried Indian food and has stomach issues. They prepared a mild Sea Bass for him which my Dad loved and had no trouble digesting, even with his problems. One more thing is Silver Coin offers a buffet and bellydancing for family entertainment on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Nice to get dinner and entertainment all in one!
