Holiday Inn Birmingham-Airport

The location is the key here, the BEST beds. The hotel is OK, nothing special to write about it. Just a typical hotel, except for two things, the bed was one of the best I have slept in at a hotel, especially at the price. Plus they offer both soft pillows as well as firm. LOVE it. And the location right next to the airport.

They offer free shuttles to/from the airport (every 20 minutes) and it is less than five minutes each way.

I was given a complimentary drink for either a cocktail in the evening or a coffee in the morning.

The room had a refrig/microwave and a coffee maker.

Did not try the internet, so unsure if WiFi is offered. There is a flat screen TV in the room.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant and bar on site, and two computers and printers if needed.

Would stay here again, and would recommend.…
