I was impressed and that is saying alot!. although I wasnt crazy about not being able to just 'show up' to see an agent...I have to tell ya...it seemed like they respected MY time as much as theirs which was a nice change from other companies. There was no pressure and our agent took a ton of time to understand exactly who were we. As a result...we ending up not going where we thought we wanted to go but where she recommended and I have to tell you it was the greatest trip we've ever had! Kudos (did I spell that right?) to Greystone Travel Agents!!

We will definitely call them again because they made us feel special and we were on a tight budget, for sure.

If you want to do busienss with people who really care about the outcome rather than their commission...this is the place!
