Refused to do my highlights. I went into the Salon at the Ulta in hoover. Huge Mistake. I discussed what I wanted with the "stylist". I wanted a trim. Less than an inch. And all over, blended highlights. What I got was almost 2 inches hacked off and the excuse that "I'm not that good with white hair" ... Yeah... Never again. I didn't even bother with the highlights. This was the summer of 2010 so hopefully the staff has changed. But beware..
