Burned at ULTA Brow Bar. I was burned at the brow bar and the service locally and from corportate was awful. I have started a facebook page ( advice from a lawyer) in hopes of getting Ulta's attention. Please look up Ulta Complaint and post there. Thank you

INEXCUSABLE!!. Took my daughter in to have her eyebrows waxed at the Ulta salon. We waited almost 5 minutes before anyone even came out from the back to check us in. We should have left. The woman took my daughter to the back to do her eyebrows and when they returned she had burned my daughters eyelids quite baddly, she got wax in her hair and had cut it out! She has been in terrible pain, and her eyes are very swollen. And for this wonderful experience- we still had to pay!! Even the cashier said she woud not have her eyebrows done there! Never, never again!
