azia medical spa-services. I have written other reviews for this spa, but i must make an amendment to my original post to include the good and bad aspects. i started going to the spa a few months ago. everyone was very pleasant. i always felt comfortable going there. the spa is very well kept. ive used the spa for zerona, facials, a peel and some products. i have nothing against the staff, i think theyre wonderful, but i do disagree with some of their policies. to make a long story short of my recent experience, my account was charged $75 from the spa. when i called the spa about the charge, i was advised that the fees were for two "missed appointments". mind you, theres a 25$ fee for each appnt missed... $25+$25=$50...i have no idea what the other charge was for, and neither did they. when i told them that i called to cancel my appnts, i was advised that there was "no record of me calling to cancel and i should have gotten the name of the name i spoke with". i started to think i was going delusional, so i pulled up my online cell phone record and wallah, it showed a 9 minute phone call and later a 4 minute phone call made to the spa. guess i was talking to dead air. i started to call the spa back, but at this point its pointless. you would think that the spa wouldve noticed that ive made every other appnt i had, and always called for anything else. $75 isnt a great deal of money, but its the principle.... i was offered $50.00 of my own money back as a courtesy. thanks
