Wonderful!!!. I have been a member here for about two years! I love it. There are several great therapists; Tristan, Doug and Marty to name a few. I always leave feeling very relaxed. They are always professional and very polite. Money well spent!!

WORST MASSAGE EVER FROM RYAN..... look- i am not a rich person, but i believe in massage therapy. i have had many massages over the past few years of my life. i could not get in with my regular therapists since they were both booked, so i reluctantly decided to give massage envy a try. i am GLAD IT WAS ONLY $39. my usual therapists never fail to give a relaxing, therapeutic massage. i usually only go to 2 different ones in town (jeff at b'ham therapeutic and matt at santa fe). but on this occasion, i almost didn't tip. it was THAT BAD. don't ask for RYAN!!!! maybe massage envy in mountain brook has better therapists? i specifically asked for someone that could do deep tissue well. his massage was a joke. and he was rushing to get out.

I had a poor experience. not worth the money. I agree with the other person's review, the customer service was very bad. I went today and people who worked there made me feel stupid. Their "eat shit" faces didnt help any situation and sure didnt "relax" me. Massage Envy should fire them and hire people with customer service skills not stupid girls who are pissed off.

Front Desk People are Incredibly RUDE. I went to this clinic in Mt. Brook and found the staff to be snobby and very unaccomadating. I have been to other Massage Envy clinics and they are much more helpful. The Front Desk Ladies act like they are annoyed to have customers. I'm not the kind of person to normally complain, or be overyly sensitive to how I am treated, but the employees here are terrible. They are appathetic, lazy and flat out awful. The message was ok, but the frustration it causes to have to deal with the employees completely negates the massage. I would not go there, I would tell the manager but I think one of the manager is who i dealt with.
