WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. I wish there was a "zero" star option. Never in my life have I had worst customer service. There are two shop owners who apparently do not communicate with each other... Lexie and Brent. I was told by Lexie that it would be $15/per dress to ship my dresses via UPS to all of my out of town bridesmaids (keep in mind the dresses were already late at this point). My mom went in the store to verify the right dresses had arrived and when she was there Brent said "oh we just use the post office its so much cheaper" so THEN I called Lexie to verify that the $15 I had already paid per dress for shipping by UPS was correct and that I wasn't being scammed. She confirmed this was correct and the dresses always go UPS. I then get a call by Brent a couple days later demanding that I owed them EVEN MORE MONEY because he went to the UPS store which he never does and it cost him more than $15 per dress. When I told him sorry and that was his issue and a lack of communication between him and his business partner, he shouted at me "well then take money from a shopowner's pocket, FINE!!!" and HUNG UP ON ME. Thanks Bridal and Tux of Brentwood for making my wedding process so enjoyable and stress free because you two teenagers dont know how to run your company.…
So much better that larger national chains!!!. I am a maid of Honor and took my Bride to Davids Bridal twice in search of a dress. We also tried several off the "high-end" stores. We were snubbed at everone of them because we actually came with a budget. The bride was having a miserable experience when it was supposed to be one of the most memorable times of her life. When we went to Bridal & Tux of Brookwood she was treated as if she was the only woman in the store (& it was a busy saturday) and her consultant was very patient and helpful. The bride had such a good time and actually found a dress the will blow the socks off her Groom. Though it was alittle out of her budget they were able to work with her so she could afford the dress of her dreams. THANK YOU for making this a joyful experience for her. I will definately refer this store to my sister & brother who both got engaged to their bf/gf at Christmas!…
Worst Bridesmaids Experience Ever.
I can only recommend this store if you are a person who needs a little more wedding planning stress in your life.
When my bridesmaid dress was ordered 6 months before the wedding, it was supposed to be in 4 months before the wedding. 4 months came and went and the store kept giving me the run around with B.S. excuses about the dress being held up because the Chinese new year, or it's in this U.S. city or that U.S. city - it doesn't take months to ship with in the United States. When the dress arrived just 2 WEEKS before the wedding - it was a mad dash to get it altered in time.
Save yourself the headache and the stress - shop somewhere else!
As other reviewers mentioned - staff was incredibly testy and rude when I called to check on the status of the dress. They demanded I pay cash to pick up the dress instead of a credit card... I could go on and on... but won't...
AWFUL! STAY AWAY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!…
Do not give this store your business!. I bought my bridal gown here and have had nothing but issues. They literally have the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with! The manager lies and has an attitude and so does the store owner. I called my friend who had a deposit on her wedding gown from the store, and she is just going to lose her deposit and go somewhere else.…
Bridal Gown. AVOID THIS STORE. We purchased my daughters wedding from them, it was ordered the first November and was told it would be in the first of March. We called March 9 and was told that the dress was going to be delayed and the approximate date would be March 29, but that was not for sure. They knew on March 9 that the dress was delayed but never bothered to call me or my daughter. We had to continue to call for updates and received rudeness and felt like they really didn't care. When the dress did finally come in on April 8, it had taken 20 weeks to arrive. They said the first time I talked to them about the delay that it usually took 15 weeks to arrive, that was not told to me when it was order. When my daughter picked the dress up the sales person was rude and indicated that she was tired of checking on the dress daily and she was glad it was here and she didn't have to worry with it again. I direct and coordinate weddings and I will recommend that no bride that I work with go there.…
