A GREAT DENTAL PLACE!. Wonderful experience! I broke a tooth on something in my food, and was such panic. Someone rec Birmingham Family Dental. They took care of me that same afternoon, even though they were busy. Everyone was so nice, ecpecially the front desk explaining my insurnce copay. I was so glad I found this place. They are my dentist now!…
Bad customer service. I called this dental service cause my daughter woke up with a swollen jaw, possibly from tooth. This was the worst ideal i had for the day. Lydia (front desk clerk) was rude and shoved a clipboard at my chest The signs on the outside of the clinic says "walk-ins welcome, emergency accecpted".I guess those statements are true as long as Lydia is not working the counter that day. I am pregnant and wasn't expecting to be verbally and physically assualted. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. Take your time and look for a better dental office than this one.…
