How do they do it? In part by some neglect of facility maintenance, by running movies which I would call "second run" (contrary to the listed info), and by limiting the selections mainly to mass-appeal movies. This also demonstrates how much of a movie theater's revenue can be generated by the sale of concessions. Parking is very convenient and always available reasonably close to the theater. In summary, not the place to impress a date (favorably), but an unbeatable value.
Pros: Bargain admission at all times, convenient & close parking
Cons: Some neglect of maintenance; second-run movies; mostly limited to mass-appeal movies

Unless you absolutely don't have any money to go to the movie, don't go to this theatre. It is filthy and your feet will stick to the floor , no joke. They allow kids to scream and cry and it seems that many of the patrons that go there don't have the courtesy to take a restless child out. The popcorn stinks and is just as costly as any other nice theatre. Oh, the bathrooms are not kept up and are rank.
