Jimmy Vernon in Service is great. I drive in from hoover and pass 2 other Nissan dealers to come to Serra because of the honest service department.

• Pros: Free rental cars
• Cons: i wish they were closer to my home

Unprofessional attitude, unethical practices, false verbal promises, humiliating approach, irresponsible, unreliable and not at all helpful. Serra nissan stands for this in perfect meaning.

Don't let their size of the business overwhelm you, Serra Nissan gave me the worst experience in my life and I regret buying my car from them from Day 1.
