I called today to get general information about cost and availabilty of cab service for the benefit of a friend visiting next week,, arriving at an unpredictable hour at B'ham airport. . The staff member answering the call was impatient, obviously harried , interested only in scheduling appointment, not providing useful informaiton for future booking. Not a way to attract and retain customers.. not that she really appered to care. 2 stars is generous.
